Exterior Lighting

Federal Business Centers delivers every Customers’ premises in good condition and in good working order, and this includes the exterior lighting system.

 

Some Customers pay to have Federal Business Centers provide maintenance, repair, and replacement services for the exterior lighting system, while other Customers are responsible to provide maintenance, repair, and replacement services for the exterior lighting system.

 

We routinely inspect the exterior lights for burned out bulbs every month.  In March and November of each year, we also manually adjust many of the timers for the exterior lights for Daylight Savings Time.  We do our best to make all of the repairs and timer adjustments as quickly as possible.

 

Nevertheless, if you see that a light is not working, please report it to our Customer Service Hotline at 732-225-3777.  We will promptly schedule it for repair or, if appropriate, contact the responsible Customer to have it repaired.
