Internet & Telephone Service Providers


Customers in Raritan Center® who need to install cable and/or fiber optic services to their premises should contact their Customer Relations Manager or call the Customer Service Hotline at 732-225-3777 to find out if their building already has service (from one of the providers listed below.) If it does, the process to have service extended from the point of entry in the building to your Premises is straight forward. If it does not, Federal Business Centers can help you see what the process is for your specific Premises.

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT


Once a customer selects a provider listed above, Federal Business Centers will be contacted directly by that provider with the Customer’s request for service. Various documentation gets completed between us and the provider, including agreeing upon an installation route. If the installation requires that the provider gain access to areas of the building that are not leased by the Customer, the Customer Relations Manager for that building will coordinate access to those areas with the other Customers in the building. Lastly, this will all be documented with a Consent for the Alteration in accordance with your new lease. Please reach out to jhazem@fbcnj.com for that consent once you have chosen your provider.
