Getting Started

If you need to install cable and/or fiber optic services, please contact your Customer Relations Manager or call the Customer Service Hotline at 732-225-3777 to find out if the building already has service from one of the providers listed below. If it does, the process to have service extended from the point of entry in the building to your Premises is straight forward by reaching out to one of the Dedicated Raritan Center Contacts below. If it does not, we can help you with the new service process.

What Happens Next?

• Once a customer selects a provider listed above, the provider will contact FBC directly.

• The customer should also reach out to jhazem@fbcnj.com for an Alteration Consent letter in accordance with your new Lease.

• Installation routes and documentation are finalized.

• If access is needed to other building areas, your Customer Relations Manager will coordinate.

• We have a long-standing relationship with each provider - your service should be up and running in no time!
