Internet and Telephone Service Providers

Customers in Raritan Center® wanting to install cable and/or fiber optic services to their premises should contact their Customer Service Representative or our Customer Service Hotline at 732-225-3777 to find out if their building already has service (from one of the providers listed below).  If it does, it should be a relatively simple process to have service extended from the point of entry in the building to the Customer’s premises.  If it does not, Federal Business Centers can help get the process started.

Prior to installing cable and/or fiber optic services, Customers must  call their Customer Service Representative or our Customer Service Hotline at 732-225-3777 to begin the process of obtaining Federal Business Centers’ consent to the installation, as it is considered an “Alteration” pursuant to the terms of our lease.

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT

Once a Customer enters into an agreement with one of the providers listed above, Federal Business Centers will be contacted directly by that provider with the Customer’s request for service.  Various paperwork gets completed between us and the provider, including agreeing upon an installation route.  If the installation requires that the provider gain access to areas of the building that are not leased by the Customer, the Customer Service Representative for that building will coordinate access to those areas with the other Customers in the building.

We have a long-standing relationship with each provider—your service should be up and running in no time!
