Interior Electrical System

Federal Business Centers delivers every Customers’ premises in good condition and in good working order, and this includes the interior electrical system. 

 

Some Customers pay to have Federal Business Centers provide maintenance, repair, and replacement services for the interior electrical system, while other Customers are responsible to provide maintenance, repair, and replacement services for the interior electrical system themselves.

 

Please call your Customer Service Representative or our Customer Service Hotline at 732-225-3777 to find out if the maintenance, repair, and replacement services for the interior electrical system is provided by Federal Business Centers.  If it is not, we recommend that our Customers use one of the licensed and insured electricians set forth in our Recommended Companies List; otherwise, Customers may use a licensed and insured electrician of their choice.

 

 

BURNED OUT BULBS AND BALLASTS

 

Federal Business Centers is not responsible for the replacement of burned out bulbs or burned out ballasts in any of the interior lighting at our Customers’ premise, or for the replacement of batteries in exit/emergency egress lighting.  We recommend that our Customers use one of the licensed and insured electricians set forth on our Recommended Companies List; otherwise, Customers may use a licensed and insured electrician of their choice.

 

Please note, however, that some Customers’ premises may have interior lighting that has been recently upgraded and, therefore, under warranty.  When this is the case, we advise our Customers of the warranty at the time they move in.  If the lighting is under warranty, Federal Business Centers will arrange for the replacement of burned out bulbs or burned out ballasts.  Please call your Customer Service Representative or our Customer Service Hotline at 732-225-3777 if your interior lighting is under warranty or if you want to find out if it is prior to arranging for your own service call.
