Engine Idling

Customers shall not permit their employees, agents, invitees, contractors, or others who enter their premises to idle the engines of their motor vehicles for more than three (3) consecutive minutes.  Any civil administrative penalty assessments or other costs incurred by Federal Business Centers under N.J.A.C. 7:27-14 resulting from a Customer’s failure to comply with and enforce this regulation shall be reimbursed by the Customer to Federal Business Centers pursuant to the terms of its lease.
