By now, you have heard of a little place called Industry Squares and Bread Company. Raritan Center’s resident pizza parlor churns out deliciously crafted pizza, bread, salads, hot bar items, and more from their 20 Campus Drive location.
Pizza is certainly the star of the show here, which cheesy, topping-loaded slices available to appease any palate. One of Industry Square’s most popular items, the Drunken Brooklyn Square Pizza, is pictured on the right: thick, crispy crust is piled high with fresh mozzarella, vodka sauce, and pepperoni cups, all drizzled with hot honey. WOW! Another favorite, and perfect for vegetarians, is the Tartufo Grandma: more of their delicious, chewy crust is topped with two types of cheese, mozzarella and fontina, roasted mushrooms, and truffle oil. The roasted mushrooms are delectable and hearty, perfectly paired with the melty cheese. Another win!
Pizza may be the main event, but that’s not all Industry Squares offers. Have you ever tried anything from their Hot Bar? With a rotating selection of delicious options such as roasted veggies, crispy potatoes, and pesto chicken, their generous portion sizes will leave you full and satisfied.
In the mood for something on the lighter side? Industry Squares serves up a delicious rotation of salads, including the Sunshine Beet Salad! A bed of arugula is served with roasted red beets and shaved celery, all topped off with a blood orange and lemon vinaigrette dressing. If you are a fellow salad lover, Industry Squares recently unveiled a build your own salad bar! In the build-it-yourself style of Chipotle, you’re able to browse a large selection of greens and salad add-ons including a variety of proteins, vegetables, nuts, cheeses, and more, all to customize your ideal salad.

Industry Squares added the “& Bread Co.” to their name for a reason – if you haven’t tried some of their freshly baked bread or other baked delicacies, you are missing out! You can pick up a loaf (or two) to bring home with you, or try one of their sandwiches, like the classic Chicken Parm: They know how to do sourdough right: a light, fluffy interior is complemented beautifully by a crispy, perfectly cooked crust. The slices of sourdough make amazing sandwiches. Be sure to try the avocado toast, with or without egg, for breakfast. Speaking of breakfast, Industry Squares makes a delicious breakfast sandwich! Your choice of meat, including thick-cut smoked bacon, sausage, or pork roll, along with melty cheese and a fried egg, are sandwiched between a fluffy brioche roll for a hearty morning option.
A fairly new addition inside the restaurant is The Coffee House Too, serving expertly prepared espresso, hot and cold coffees, organic teas, and specialty items such as chocolate-covered pretzels, Oreos, and Dubai chocolate.
