Locks and Keys

Federal Business Centers’ buildings are on a master key system. This allows us to enter a premises at any time in response to an emergency.  Therefore, for emergency access purposes, all premises shall only have locks that can be opened with Federal Business Centers’ master key.

 

Please be assured that Federal Business Centers will use its best, reasonable efforts to provide Customers with advance oral notice prior to entering a premises in response to an emergency.  If we are unable to do so, we will provide Customers with oral or written notice as soon as reasonably possible afterwards.
