Federal Business Centers delivers every Customers’ premises in good condition and in good working order, and this includes the plumbing system. 

 

Some Customers pay to have Federal Business Centers provide maintenance, repair, and replacement services for their plumbing system at their premises, while other Customers are responsible to provide maintenance, repair, and replacement services for their plumbing system themselves. 

 

Please call your Customer Service Representative or our Customer Service Hotline at 732-225-3777 to find out if the maintenance, repair, and replacement services for the plumbing system at your premises is provided by Federal Business Centers.  If it is not, we recommend that you use one of the plumbers set forth in our Recommended Companies List; otherwise, you may use a licensed plumber of your choice.
