CALL OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE HOTLINE
Customers should call our Customer Service Hotline at 732-225-3777 with repair requests or concerns. We can help determine the seriousness of the problem and whether it is something that Federal Business Centers or the Customer is obligated to repair.
Please note that the Customer Service Hotline will be answered by our answering service during the overnight hours of 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. on weekdays and all hours on weekends or when the office is otherwise closed in observance of holidays or due to weather emergencies. The answering service will notify Federal Business Centers of the calls it receives from our Customers, and we will promptly return our Customers’ calls to discuss the issue and determine a course of action.
DESIGNATE ONE INDIVIDUAL
Customers should designate and authorize one individual at their company to make calls for repairs and to make decisions on behalf of the company. When calling, this individual should give his/her full name, telephone number, premises location, and a detailed description of the problem, including its location within the premises. Having one point of contact, with decision-making authority, for each of our Customers allows us to serve our Customers better and more efficiently.
