Federal Business Centers does not provide security services to its Customers.  

 

As such, Customers should assess their own security needs and put a plan in place to secure their premises.

 

Prior to installing any type of security system, Customers must call their Customer Service Representative or our Customer Service Hotline at 732-225-3777 to begin the process of obtaining Federal Business Centers’ consent to the installation, as it is considered an “Alteration” pursuant to the terms of our lease.  Additionally, if an entry access system is installed, it must be on our master key system pursuant to the terms of our lease.

 

Federal Business Centers does, however, employ a roving safety patrol in Raritan Center® for the overnight hours of 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. on weekdays and all hours on weekends or when the office is otherwise closed in observance of holidays. The safety patrol creates a visible presence within Raritan Center®, and we are notified of any issues concerning our properties.
