Federal Business Centers, through several contractors and its own personnel, arranges for snow removal on many of the main roads within Raritan Center® as well as some of the parking lots and other paved areas.

SNOW REMOVAL BY CUSTOMERS

 

As a courtesy, every October, we send a notice to all of our Customers in Raritan Center® to remind them of their snow and ice removal responsibilities pursuant to their lease with us. 

 

Customers that are responsible for snow and ice removal will need to hire a contractor to remove snow and ice from the steps, sidewalks, parking lots, and other paved areas serving their leased premises and provide us with the name of their contractor for our records. 

 

Additionally, Customers that are in a multi-tenant building may want to coordinate snow removal efforts with their neighbor(s) to have one contractor do all of the snow and ice removal at the building and to split the cost proportionately.  Please call your Customer Service Representative or our Customer Service Hotline at 732-225-3777 if you would like contact information for your neighbor(s).
