Windows and Window Treatments

Customers shall maintain the windows at their premises in a neat and orderly condition. 

 

Customers may install window treatments, such as blinds, on the windows.  However, Customers shall not place any other items on the windows, including, without limitation, any of the following items:  window film, advertising materials, signage, or pieces of paper or fabric.

 

Customers that do not follow these guidelines will be asked immediately to remove the offending item(s).  If the removal of the offending item(s) causes any damage, that damage must be repaired by the Customer, at its expense, which such repair may include replacement of the window itself.
