EXTERIOR ENTRANCE DOORS

 

Please call your Customer Service Representative or our Customer Service Hotline at 732-225-3777 if you are having any issues with your exterior entrance doors.  Federal Business Centers will provide maintenance, repair, and replacement services for exterior entrance doors, so long as the need for service was not the result of any damage or condition caused by the Customer.

 

 

OVERHEAD LOADING DOCK DOORS AND DOCK EQUIPMENT

 

Customers are responsible to provide maintenance, repair, and replacement services for the overhead loading dock doors, seals, edge of docks, and dock levelers.  We recommend that you obtain a maintenance contract for this equipment using one the dock doors companies set forth on our Recommended Companies List; otherwise, Customers may use a service provider of their choice.

 

 

INTERIOR DOORS

 

Customers are responsible to provide maintenance, repair, and replacement services for the interior doors.  We recommend that you use one the general contractors set forth on our Recommended Companies List; otherwise, Customers may use a service provider of their choice.

 

Please do not adhere tape or glue to the doors or put any holes or nails in the doors.
